Advanced Digital Dentistry with PrimeScan & PrimePrint™

Our office utilizes an advanced digital workflow combining PrimeScan™ intraoral scanning with PrimePrint™ and PrimePrint PPU technology. This allows us to digitally capture each patient’s unique anatomy and use that information to design and fabricate customized dental solutions with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

Our Digital Workflow

Digital Scanning with PrimeScan™

We begin with a detailed intraoral scan using PrimeScan™, capturing a precise 3D representation of the patient’s teeth and oral structures. Digital scanning eliminates the need for traditional impression materials while providing a comfortable and efficient experience.

Digital Design

The digital scan is used to create a customized design based on the specific clinical application. Whether we are creating a night guard, retainer, or implant surgical guide, each design is tailored to the individual patient.

3D Printing with PrimePrint™

Once the design is finalized, it is fabricated using our PrimePrint™ 3D printing system and appropriate PrimePrint PPU materials. This digital manufacturing process allows us to produce highly detailed, patient-specific appliances and guides with reliable precision.

Finishing & Quality Control

After printing, each appliance or surgical guide goes through the appropriate post-processing, finishing, and quality-control steps before it is delivered or used clinically.

What We Can Create

  • Custom Night Guards — Digitally designed for a precise, comfortable fit and protection against nighttime grinding and clenching.

  • Custom Retainers — Patient-specific retainers fabricated from an accurate digital scan to help maintain orthodontic results.

  • Implant Surgical Guides — Digitally designed, patient-specific guides that assist with accurate implant positioning according to the planned treatment.

From PrimeScan™ digital scanning to PrimePrint™ fabrication, our workflow connects digital diagnosis, design, and manufacturing in one streamlined process. The result is a customized solution created specifically for each patient and each clinical application.
